At BARK Air, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
